Tbilisi – city tour:
Old Tbilisi – As old Tbilisi is mentioned the legendary part of the city where we can imagine the environment which was populated with deterrent ethnic society.
Sameba –The Cathedral of XX c.
Metekhi - The church of XIII c. located on the bank of the river Mtkvari in the old city;
Straddling the Mtkvari River is an arresting new pedestrian bridge “Bridge of Piece” courtesy of Italian architect Michel De Lucchi- the structure composed of glass and iron with a 150 m canopy roof connecting Old Tbilisi with a new recreational park on Rike.
Abanotubani (Baths` district) - The Asian-type coloring baths built on the hot sulfur springs-all the bath are below the ground level and are overlapped by semicircular domes and are naturally lit via glass lantern over the cupola and Thone – Georgian bakery with the mouthwatering flavors of Georgian bread;
Walk along Chardin Street a very narrow and short, it is named after a French explorer Jan Chardin who visited Tbilisi in 1663. It’s a great way to wander around the local art galleries and souvenir shops with a chance to refuel in one of the area’s many cafes.

Sioni – The former Cathedral of VI-XIII cc. with the wall painting of XIX-XX cc; Anchiskhati - The stunning ancient basilica of the VI c. in the old city;
The State museum of Fine Art-marvel the best-known samples of Georgian artwork. Different collections of the Museum preserve approximately sixty thousand objects. The Museum is distinguished for its Georgian goldsmith pieces dated back to the VIII-XIX Centuries.;
Archeological museum-The museum houses monuments, discovered by the archaeological excavations in Tbilisi. The chronological frames of the collections are from the V c. B.C. up to the feudal times

Then explore Open Air Museum of Ethnography -displaying the examples of folk architecture and craftwork from various regions of the country;
Mtatsminda - The pantheon of Georgian writers and Public figures-where some of the most prominent writers, artists, scholars, and national heroes of Georgia are buried;

Drive to Kvemo (Lower) Kartli.
Visit Bolnisi - was founded by 95 German colonist families and is the house of is the home of the oldest dated Christian basilica (V c.) in Georgia and the Caucasus. Bolnisi Sioni Cathedral is known for its Georgian inscriptions. These are one of the oldest historical documents of the Georgian alphabet.

Dmanisi – Along with a rich collection of ancient and medieval artifacts and the ruins of various buildings and structures, unique remains of prehistoric animals and humans have been unearthed-the greatest Archaeological discovery of a century-the remains of the ancient European.

The one of the most grand cave-monastery complexes of the world (VI c.), the seemingly endless desert, the silence and stand-alone stillness are unlike anything you have ever seen;

Drive to Shida (Inner) Kartli and visit the ancient town-museum - Mtskheta:
Jvari - the unique paragon of Architecture and landscape mixture – the church of VI-VII cc;
Svetitskhoveli - the greatest church in Georgia and the unique masterpiece of Architectural art;
Museum of ancient town;
Armaziskhevi - the residence of Iberian Kings. (II-III cc.);
Bagineti - the Residence of Iberian Kings. The Fortress-Sepulture of III c. BC;
The unique, mausoleum type tomb of 1st c;
Lunch
After lunch explore Tomb of Mtskheta - the archaeological excavations of the most densely populated settlement (IV c. BC);
Archeological Urbnisi - the complex of cult and agricultural structures of II-I cc. BC- Ruins of a fortress, rich baths, pagan sanctuaries and even a Jewish temple suggest the importance of the city. The new era in Urbnisi’s life began with the conversion of Iberia to Christianity. It now became a major center of Georgian Orthodox culture.

Visit Gori Fortress - the Medieval Fortress in Shida (Inner) Kartli;
Uplistsikhe - meaning "The Fortress of God" is an ancient cave town from the ... AD a three-nave basilica was added to the complex. It is a Pagan and Medieval town carved in the volcanic rock;

After lunch proceed to Imereti region with its distinct regional culture and welcoming atmosphere.

Visit Gelati Cathedral, - the greatest monastery cathedral of Georgian culture “Golden Age” (XII c.),
Bagrati Cathedral (X-XI cc.)- named after Bagrat III, the first king of united Georgia, the beautiful Cathedral is a well-preserved complex, with wonderful mosaics and wall paintings. The cathedral and monastery represent the flowering of medieval architecture in Georgia.
Sataplia Nature Reserve (Place of Honey) - established in 1935 to protect the Sataplia Cave and dinosaur footprints found in the area, this visitor attraction has recently benefited from a very attractive refurbishment and is ready to welcome visitors.

Then explore Vani (VII-I cc BC) – an ancient temple city in the Colchis Lowlands located on the western bank of the Sulori River at its confluence with the Rioni River.

Explore Nokalakevi - the grand ruins of the capital of Kolkheti (IV-III cc. BC) nestled by the picturesque river Tekhuri lie the impressive ruins of Nokalakevi, visitors to the site can see a number of impressive remains, mostly dating back to the late-Roman and early-Byzantine period dating from the 4th to the 6th centuries AD. Chief among these are the remains of the massive Byzantine outer walls, built in the 6th century to resist Persian attack. Within this outer wall are the remains of the inner walls, dating to the previous two centuries.
