Tbilisi – Juta;

Drive to Kazbegi along the Georgian Military Highway (app. 3-4 h.);

Ascent to the village – Juta;

Lunch on the way;

Overnight in tents.

Horseback Riding: Juta – Barisakho (Khevsureti region) app. 3-4 h.

Picnic on the way;

Ramble in Khevsureti region;

Overnight in the tents near the village Barisakho.

Massive Barisakho-Chaukhi;

Trekking - app. 6-7 h.

Ascent on the Chaukhi ridge and descent in Chaukhi massive;

Overnight in the tents in Chaukhi (2000m).

Day

Chaukhi – Rcheulishvili Summit (app. 5-6 h.);

Climb up to Chaukhi circus and ramble over the ridge of Rcheulishvili summit;

Ascent on Rcheulishvili summit and then descent through the same way;

The category of ascent: Uiaa II (below average difficulty);

Return to the camp.

Chaukhi – Juta – Kazbegi.

Hike down into the village Juta and then drive to Kazbegi;

Preparation for the next day;

Overnight at the hotel;

Lunch and supper at the hotel.

Kazbegi – Betlemi hut (Meteo-station);

Hike from Kazbegi early in the morning and reach Batlemi hut (3650m) app. 7-8 h.

Picnic on the way;

Overnight in Betlemi hut.

Day

Tour for acclimatization on the Glacier;

Trainings on the snow and ice;

Return to Betlemi hut;

Then your equipment will be checked;

Preparation for ascending on the summit.

Batlemi hut (3650m) – Summit Kazbegi (5047m) - Batlemi hut;

Wake up at 4 a.m.

Breakfast

Tour starts at 5 a.m.

It takes 12-15 hours from hut to hut.

The category of ascent: Uiaa II (average difficulty).

10

Batlemi hut – Kazbegi.

Descent to Kazbegi(app. 4-5 h.);

En route visit the church of Saint Trinity;

Overnight at the hotel in Kazbegi.

11

Kazbegi-Mtskheta-Tbilisi.

Arrival in Tbilisi, en route visit Ananuri complex and Mtskheta –town-museum registered in the list of UNESCO;

Lunch at the national restaurant in Mtskheta;

Overnight in Tbilisi.
